It's not like anyone from Gaza can come to the border crossing and ask for a package of international aid.

The area 300m from the border has been declared a buffer zone by Israel and anyone who enters wil be shot.

The merchants in Gaza are forced to cooperate with Israeli forces to get the aid from the crossings and they have to pay for receiving the aid deliveries.
